Katherine is a Montana State University alumna originally from Billings, Montana, and has been based in the Gallatin Valley for 15 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business and began her career in operations management, overseeing a farm and ranch cooperative location.

Her professional experience spans construction operations, real estate, and property management, where she developed expertise in document control, financial coordination, and administrative systems. This includes hands-on involvement with bookkeeping, invoicing, bid preparation, and plan review. These experiences led to the formation of her firm, which supports organizations operating in documentation-intensive environments.

Katherine specializes in operational efficiency, records and file management, and process optimization for construction firms, and professional services organizations. She is recognized for her disciplined, detail-driven approach and her ability to assess existing workflows, implement compliant and scalable systems, and deliver consistent results.
